Stunting remains a serious public health issue, particularly in rural areas like Konawe Selatan Regency. Women Farmers' Groups (Kelompok Wanita Tani, KWT) serve as potential agents of change in combating stunting. The Sustainable Food Garden (Pekarangan Pangan Lestari, P2L) initiative has significant potential to increase the availability and accessibility of nutritious food at the household level. This study aims to design a KWT empowerment model through P2L activities as a strategy to prevent stunting in Konawe Selatan Regency. The expected outcome of this study is to develop a Women's Empowerment Model to support Food Security through P2L as a solution to prevent stunting in Konawe Selatan Regency. The insights gained from this research can inform the formulation of policies and more effective intervention programs to prevent stunting and improve community welfare, especially in rural areas within Konawe Selatan Regency. The study uses a mixed-method research approach, analyzing food security status based on the Household Food Insecurity Access Scale (HFIAS) and the Household Dietary Diversity Score (HDDS). Analysis results indicate that the food security status of households in women farmers’ groups participating in the P2L program falls under the food-secure category.
